Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions govern the sale of the products offered in the online shop of Il Salone delle Meraviglie di ALI, Via Carlo Alberto dalla Chiesa 26/B, 00071 Torvaianica (RM) — P.IVA 00000000000 (hereinafter, the “Seller”). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

1. Products and prices

All prices are expressed in euros and are inclusive of VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the Customer will be charged the price displayed when the order is submitted. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

2. Orders

An order is deemed concluded upon payment confirmation. Each order is assigned an identification number (format SM-YYYY-NNNN), sent by email and visible in your personal area. The Seller may refuse anomalous orders or orders that do not comply with these terms, refunding in full any amount already paid.

3. Payments

Online payments are processed through Stripe using credit and debit cards from the major networks. Payment details never pass through the Seller’s systems.

4. Delivery

• Home delivery: €5.90, free on orders over €49.00. Delivery within Italy, indicatively within 3–5 working days of confirmation.
• Collection in salon: free of charge, at Via Carlo Alberto dalla Chiesa 26/B, Torvaianica, every day from 9:00 to 20:00, after receiving the “ready for collection” email.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason, by notifying the Seller at the contact details provided. Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, within 14 days of the notification. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method. Withdrawal is excluded for sealed products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. opened cosmetics), under Article 59 of the Consumer Code.

6. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to repair, replacement or, where applicable, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile. European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
